Draft Divorce & Custody Filings

I need a complete set of pleadings prepared to initiate a contested divorce based on inappropriate marital conduct. We have four minor children and, at the moment, no formal custody arrangement whatsoever. There are also no existing court orders that limit travel or define custody.

The package must include:
• A verified Complaint for Divorce that states the grounds, expressly requests no child support and no alimony, and sets out my claim for sole custody of the children.
• A Motion for a Temporary Parenting Plan seeking immediate full custody.
• A Permanent Parenting Plan that also requests full custody, drafted in its entirety without my having to supply boiler-plate language.
• A Motion for a temporary restraining order that bars both interstate and international travel with the children and compels my spouse to surrender all of the children’s passports to the clerk of court.

Please make sure each document is formatted to be court-ready, cites the appropriate rules, and contains signature blocks, verifications, certificates of service, and any local-rule language required in the jurisdiction. I will supply names, dates, and venue details as soon as you provide a template or questionnaire for those specifics.

Deliverables will be accepted once they pass a quick conflict-check of the rules in the filing jurisdiction and open cleanly in both Word and PDF.
