Child Passport Authority Motion

I need a motion for temporary authority to obtain my minor child's passport for international travel to visit family. The other parent has already ignored my request to sign off on the passport. There is an open case for legitimation, joint legal custody and visitation but we are pending the final order. Travel is scheduled for December 2026. We are in Paulding County, Georgia, USA.
