fact check a military memoir

We have a military memoir that is between 100 and 200 pages long that needs to be fact checked. We don't have any specific sections or facts to be checked, we want the whole memoir to be checked for accuracy. We need this project completed within 2-4 weeks. We are looking for someone to go through the book carefully and fact check all of the information to make sure it is accurate. We are not looking for grammar checks or word changes. We are looking forward to working with someone who can help us guarantee that the memoir is truthful. The memoir is in MS Word--queries and corrections need to be made in comments and notes to be reviewed. Pay is based on qualifications and experience. We are not looking for the cheapest job; we are looking for quality.
