React HRMS With Face Login
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I’m building a browser-based HR management system in React and plain JavaScript that ties all day-to-day HR tasks into one clean dashboard. The first milestone is a rock-solid, facial-recognition login so employees authenticate quickly and securely without passwords or swipe cards. Accuracy and speed here are non-negotiable, so you should be comfortable integrating webcam capture with a proven face-matching library and handling fallback flows for poor lighting or failed matches.
Once the login flow is in place, I need real-time attendance tracking that stamps the exact clock-in/clock-out moment and pushes the status straight to the dashboard. No batch jobs or nightly syncs; the data must update instantly so managers always see who’s on site.
For leave management, I only need the manager approval workflow at this stage—employees request time off, managers receive a notification, and a single click approves or rejects it, with the decision logged automatically.
I already sketched out the additional modules—office policy pages and asset tracking—but they can wait until the core features above are stable.
Deliverables
• Source-controlled React front-end and lightweight Node/Express (or similar) back-end
• Facial-recognition login with minimum 95 % match accuracy and graceful error handling
• Live attendance feed updating within two seconds of an event
• Leave request → manager approval pipeline with status persistence
• Clear setup instructions plus a short demo video walking through each flow
Hand-off is complete when I can spin the project up locally, run a quick facial login test, see my attendance appear instantly, and approve a leave request on a second account without refreshes or manual database edits.
