Facebook Ads account is deactivated and new one musst be intrgated for the ads

My Facebook account has been hacked, resulting in Facebook disabling it. Consequently, I created a new account after years, which is under a different user name. I would like to link the new Facebook account to my Facebook page. Additionally, I want to convert the new Facebook Ads account with my profile so that I can launch campaigns on Facebook. Thank you.
