Facebook Account Hacked

My Facebook account was hacked. The email address, mobile number, and password were changed by the hacker. So I cannot recover it in any way through Facebook website.
The funny thing is that I have 2FA enabled, and yet he was able to hack it!

Can you help me recover it?
