Facebook and Instagram shopping issues and set up

I need an expert to help me with my Facebook and Instagram shopping for my online business. Something has gone wrong with both the FB and IG shops and I cannot tag products on either platform or set up the IG shop. What I need is for someone to resolve the issue I am having by communicating with Facebook and Instagram and set up the two shops for my business. I already have a Shopify site up and running, so all products are there, really to be used on the different platforms.
