configure Facebook shop

Need help correctly configuring Facebook shop, a sample of some error messages below:

# in the meta business account > commerce accounts and catalogs > status > have an error message “account restricted”
# in business settings > Accounts > Pages need to correct admin rights
# “boosting post” for the add type conversions i get the error message: "no conversion events available for this pixel”

need someone who clearly understands these errors and is able to walk me through resolution
