Help with installing Facebook conversion API/pixel

I would need help with installaing facebook pixel/conversion API on our sites.
That is custom CMS and I won't be able to give access to facebook account or custom CMS. I will be placing any code in html head tag
We should be able to track
1) people visting on our website
2) people who fill the form and see thankyou page (should be marked as a conversion).
Will prefer to work with a freelancer and finish it today.
