Facebook Pixel Expert (Fix Errors, Test, Improve)

Dear Freelancer (PLEASE REFER TO WORD DOC WITH SCREENSHOTS),
This project has two parts. We will pay for both if you cand o them, or if only one then we will pay the part you can complete.
TASK 1:
I need someone to fix/re-install my Facebook Pixel. It currently triggers for the following Events:
View Page | Add-To-Cart | Initiate Checkout | Purchase
However the actions aren’t triggering properly. We’re happy for you to fix the pixel where possible or in the worst case scenario re-install it for us. Tasks outined below:
1. Please check / test / verify the above triggers look fine when testing.
2. We want ONE trigger per action. For example when I actually purchase on the Checkout page, the PURCHASE event gets triggered 3 times.
3. Please confirm why the PFB Pixel is activating two times on our website, see below – and can you fix this?
4. As you can see below our events (e.g. ADDTOCART) is causing the below error which says:
“Retargeting ads can’t run for 1 out of 1 product interactions on this page, because the products people have interacted with are missing from your catalogs”
Please can you advise what this is, and can you fix this? Do we need to setup a FB Catalog or remove the one that we started to setup but isn’t yet complete?

TASK 2:
Do you know how to connect WooCommerce store to Facebook store/catalog per the below – and is this related to point 4 above?
"Facebook for WooCommerce connects your WooCommerce store to Facebook to help people discover your eCommerce shop. You can purchase advertising, find new customers, set up a shop to sell your products on Facebook, and measure the results of the actions customers take on your website."
