Facebook Meta pixel integration/fix and catalogue fix

www.ocacia.com having issues with meta pixel and updating the shop to Facebook. Use to work but is buggy. I have Facebook app installed but something is not working. So new products cannot be tagged as not uploaded and when advertising Pixel is not working properly.
Just need a simple fix not a bait bid of $10 and then "let us discuss" you can fix it then explain yourself.
Also getting One or more indexers are invalid. Make sure your Magento cron job is running.
