We need a person who doesn't just "launch advertising", but understands traffic, knows how to attract users and is responsible for the result. TASKS: 1. Full advertising launch cycle: Setting up targeting on Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Google and YouTube Selecting the target audience Setting up retargeting 2. Creating advertising creatives: Setting technical specifications for a designer or choosing on your own Testing different formats (banners, videos, stories, carousels) 3. Management and analytics: Monitoring indicators: click cost, application cost, registration Adjusting campaigns, disabling unprofitable ones 4. Continuous improvement: A/B testing combinations (text + visual) Coming up with new approaches to presentation 5. Attracting real users: No bots or cheating. The main thing is real registrations, activity and retention. Requirements: Experience from 1 year (with a portfolio of cases) Ability to work with funnels, analytics and optimization Responsibility for the result, and not just for the “launch” Ability to write simple but selling texts will be a plus Conditions: Remote work, flexible schedule Payment: fixed + bonus from the result (by agreement) Long-term project
