I want to target the right clientele and build engagement for my Instagram Account. NO FAKE followers or comments, all real. I dont want to buy followers.

I felt the need to re-post this project. Please read before your apply! I am not looking for followers. As I described below, on the project, I am looking for engagement. I want to target the right clientele. A clientele that will engage with the posts by commenting, liking, and enjoying the content. Followers don't equal business. I stayed solid booked out for months between 8 to 10 weeks in advance and had less than 150 followers. I want to enhance my account as much as I want to get new clients. The focus is to target the right area and clientele and have them engaging with the posts.

I am a hairdresser, and I am looking for someone to find my ideal customers on Instagram and boost engagement for my account. If you have specific experience working with Instagram accounts in the hair industry, please comment below with a link to those accounts.
