social media manager

I am looking for a social media manager who can help me with my Instagram and facebook account.

Posting Frequency:
- I would like social media content to be posted once a day on instagram, as well as a facebook community group creating and managing to keep up to date with the goings on within the salon.

Platform Focus:
- The main platform I would like to focus on is Instagram with facebook also being included.

Content Prioritization:
- I would like to prioritize video content for my posts on instagram around 3 times per week with also pictures being posted on the other days.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in social media management, specifically with Instagram and facebook.
- Strong video editing and creation skills
- Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices
- Ability to create engaging and impactful video content
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proven track record of growing and engaging social media followers
