Social Media Creative and Strategy

I am looking for a US based freelancer to help manage social media presence for my new Shopify store. I need someone who can build creative collateral and work with me to build the strategy for advertising on Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest. Ideally someone who has been part of a launch for homegoods products that are sold in the United States. Even better if you have current experience with the changing algorithms. The company is selling custom print to frame art with every item produced from sustainable materials. I'm targeting a demographic who will spend $100 - $400 on custom framed art from popular artists.
