I need someone with a UK accent who can sell ads campaigns for me: Facebook, Google ads, full social media service

I am setting up an advertising agency in the Uk. I am still working my current job full time, so am struggling to make sales calls and close anyone during regular working hours. I have managed to find some warm leads through using a FB ad campaign and through prospecting on Linked In and Facebook, but I would really like to have someone who could close them on the phone on a commission-only basis
