i need someone to market and promote sales for me

I am looking to work with someone who can help me with my marketing and promotion needs. In particular, I am interested in influencer marketing and want to focus on Facebook as my main social media platform. My target audience are young adults, so it's important to keep that demographic in mind when crafting the campaigns.
