I need someone to help me run facebook ads

I am looking for someone with experience managing Facebook Ads to help me out with an ad campaign. Specifically, I need someone to create an Image Ad and handle all of the targeting. I do have an established ad budget that I'm willing to use and I'm more than willing to answer any additional questions you might have in order to ensure a successful campaign.
