I need someone to help me monetize a facebook group

I have a facebook group with 43,000 followers all there as we follow a specific interest. I am in the process of creating a website with online courses relative to this interest. I would like help with driving traffic from the facebook group to the website where people will hopefully purchase the online course but also show me/set up how to derive as much income as i can from this facebook group in other ways.
