We need to set up a marketing compaing on Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram

I am looking for a freelancer who can help us set up a marketing campaign on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.

Our main focus is teaching people Qigong exercises. We have a video on Demand Library and Online Course.
We have a landing page that we want to drag traffic to. We had worked with one company before, but we were not happy with result and now we want a more general approach with building the whole marketing strategy for ads on Google, Youtube, Facebook and Instagram.
