I need an instagram expert

I am helping a family friend fix her instagram shopping. She updated her domain back in December and as of this week can no longer tag any new products. She thought it was a domain issue so she went in and switched it back to her old one and that was not the problem. When she tried to log back in to her new one it said that it needed to be reviewed and when trying to submit for review it is giving an error message.
