i need a facebook campaign consultant

i'm the founder of realconnect (therealconnect.co.in) wherein we connect the buyer & seller of properties without any brokerage. Its a start up hence we are looking to optimise our spends and generate buyer as well as seller enquiries. Need a FB campaign designer & consultant who has
1. experience of real estate marketing
2. understands the targeting
3. also would be beneficial is one can run email campaings on our bulk data.
we are open to a freelancer who can visit our office once in a while and subsequently work on a retainer basis
