I need a facebook ads specialist

Our META ads have been disabled on our business page for some time now and we can't seem to work it out internally. It was just Facebook but since we have connected Instagram together, we can not now advertise on Instagram either. It's really effecting our business and traffic. We require someone to solve the issue for us and let is know what has happened.
