I need a brand management and marketing manager and expertise in social media marketing

Need to first create a marketing strategy/plan that is geared towards getting business aligned and branded. I am looking to brand my business and gain new business via social media platforms.

Here is a list of what I think are immediate needs:
*Create a consistent pipeline of lead generation (business) - have some ideas don't know the best way to be consistent with it
*Minor tweaks to existing website
*Order business promotional items such as key rings, pens, signs, etc
*Create videos and promote you tube channel
*Fix all social media platforms
*Maximize SEO
*Fix Google Ads /Google review
*Strategize on ways to make the business more digital from listing presentations, etc...Forms, etc....
*Strategize on ways to make the business a more personal experience for each buyer
