I need a Social Media Assistant

Job description

The Social Media Specialist will be accountable for all our social media channels which include, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and more. The incumbent will also be expected to work within the guidelines of the social media and content strategy and contributing to creating and uploading all content.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the social media communications plan
Assist in creating social media posts as needed across channels
Managing customer inquiries and engagement
Be responsible for generating a content plan based on other social activity
Good knowledge of social media channels, including legal concerns, best practices, and general usage
Execute campaigns

Experience Required

A minimum of 1 year experience in social media account management
Excellent social media community management experience
Strong experience of using social media tools
Tertiary qualification in marketing or social media ( preferred )
