I need an MLM meta ads specialist

Hey there (my potential) fabulous ads specialist!

I've really been struggling with ads as my Facebook ad account has been disabled twice.

My main focus is running ads via instagram which are obviously created through FB business manager now. My business is solely based on Instagram.

The first time I uploaded an ad to Instagram... it was taken down within seconds and my ad account was permanently disabled. It really broke me and my trust for Facebook.

I had to hire someone to create me a new ad account and connect it to a new page etc... I then waited a while and feebly put another ad up in hopes that it would be okay. The ad ran for about 5 days but attained only 1 lead which is a terrible result. On top of that... on the 5th day that new ad account was also permanently disabled.

(I am getting this fixed again in the next 24 hours)

I am in affiliate/network marketing and all my team members have ads up which are gaining 10+ leads per day and they've never had the issue of their ad account being disabled.

What am I doing wrong? What should I be doing? How do I effectively run ads to bring in leads? What ad settings should I have on? How do I avoid being disabled or suspended? What do I need to change and be better? What should I have on my Facebook business page so the algorithm trusts me?

I really need you to work your magic and help me gain 20 leads per day (that is the goal).

I need someone who has dealt with this kind of situation before, knows EXACTLY what to say and what not to say as an affiliate marketer. What lingo I can and cannot use... basically an absolute pro in Facebook business manager for affiliate marketers.
