I need a Facebook marketing and advertising expert

We are online shopping destination for clothing and apparel. We're a family run business and we ship worldwide. We're new in e-commerce business and thus, struggling with Facebook ads. From setting and verifying the Facebook pixel to getting our ad account banned continuousy, though we don't know why as all we do promote are T-shirts, and I am 100% that we've not violated any of such guidelines of Facebook, It's been a struggle for a while. So, we're hoping to get some help and assistance on Facebook advertising.
