I need a Facebook & Instagram advertising expert

I am looking for someone to create and manage facebook, instagram, and google ads for a new shopify store selling baby, kids and maternity products. The purpose of these ads will be to generate sales and create a brand/brand awareness. A facebook page, meta business suite and instagram page have all been set up.
