U.S.A. marketers needed for political campaign

minor campaign without major funds. I am just learning social marketing and have a little experience but meta business interface keeps changing and doesn't work as advised when it tells you to click on settings and then get authorized for political ads. Need to learn where to download material to be validated. Then need to run campaign for a certain political district. Some restrictions apply because only can be done legally from the U.S. by U.S. citizens.
