I am looking for a Facebook ads specialist

I am starting up a social media marketing agency and need somebody to set up and run Facebook, Instagram and possibly Google ads for clients that me and my business partner would be doing outreach for. If successful we would be looking to hire a freelancer onto our team full time on a generous commission-based pay for their services.
