facebook plus insta advertising

I am looking for a Facebook and Instagram advertising specialist to promote our upcoming football match to a local audience. We want to attract as many people as possible to the stadium for the event.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in Facebook and Instagram advertising
- Knowledge of targeting a local audience
- Ability to create engaging ads that will attract attention and drive ticket sales
- Experience in promoting events or experiences
- Understanding of how to measure the success of advertising campaigns.
NOTE: Its a one time assignment. The ad has already been prepared. Need it done today/tomorrow. But could lead to more assignments if done well.
