facebook marketplace with shipping option

i am trying to do business on the Facebook marketplace. but my account has no shipping option.
i own a USA LLC, i have EIN. but i am not American, i am not living there.
after i read the Facebook marketplace policy. if sell above $600， the ssn or tax id should be verified.
therefore, i need an exporter to help me to create or adjust the account to fulfill the policy!!!
