facebook markeplace specialist

starting last november, my sales on marketplace went from 50 a month to LITERALLY 0. now, i get maybe 1 a week. i cannot figure out what the problem is. i went in and deleted everything to start over, a had multiple chats with FB people both online and on the phone. it all started when it asked me to provide my info for tax purposes even though they already had info. i kept getting an error message when i tried to input info and was told that was because it wasn't necessary to do so. after the deadline for submitting info, i started getting 1 or 2 sales a week but cannot get back to where i was. im at the point im considering selling my vast inventory- storage units full. i dont know what else to do.
