facebook followers

I currently have fewer than 1000 followers on my Facebook page. To build my followers more quickly I am seeking expertise to help target specific demographics to increase my follower base. My goal is to engage with the community, not just increase awareness of my brand or promote a product or service. My target demographics are based on age and location and I am looking for followers that will actively engage with my page.
