facebook ads with high ROAS

I am looking for an experienced Facebook advertiser to create a campaign that will help drive ROAS of 3x-5x. My target audience is both genders between the ages of 18-55. Altering ad copy, images, targeting, etc. must be used to ensure I am reaching the right people. I expect meticulous optimization and clear analytics to be presented in a timely manner.
