facebook ads maneger

I'm looking for a traffic manager (mainly facebook ads) preferably with experience in google ads as well. the freelancer must live in the country of origin (where he was born) but manage the traffic of my products online in the USA, that is, he must have a lot of experience in the American market if you don't have it, don't waste our time because I will need references and your work already done. the project is new but if it works well we can grow together.
