facebook ads expert

We have a project where we need real estate agencies to contact our company to make appointments, thought whats app.

We need someone to check our ads we have already set up, understand our strategy and suggest improvements.

Also the WhatsApp connection doesn't seem to work.
When i get shown the add, i click (the button to go to WhatsApp, but it either suggests an update of WhatsApp, or just opens the app, it doesn't open the chat with our company.)
