Your Experience: at least 2 Years in FB Ads Business with over 150k Spent in Ad Budgets.
You need to have case studies/Track record
Agency:
As a lean digital Agency specialized in E-Commerce Business, we are aiming for top tier clients and scaling in the longterm.
We are not looking for average. Neither people nor results.
Longterm:
As we do business with our clients longterm, we need someone reliable for the longterm.
If it works well the paycheck will grow with your Results for our clients.
Payment:
You will get paid on a per-month-per-client base as a contractor.
If your Ads are successful we bring you on full time.
If your Ads are on fire we will talk about ROAS percentages.
When:
You can start already in june/july 22, depending on the details.
