I am looking for someone to help me with my advertising accounts on both Facebook and Google Ads. I have two goals but my main goal is to drive conversions, such as sales and booked calls. My target audience is national.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience managing both Facebook and Google Ads accounts
- Knowledge of conversion tracking and optimization strategies
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve campaign performance
- Understanding of national audience targeting and segmentation
- Strong communication skills to collaborate and provide updates on campaign progress.

I am looking for someone that can cross over into my hours (Pacific Standard Time)
I want to go hourly and can do a max of $100/wk

Mostly looking for someone that knows how to target, increasing leads, and has good suggestions.

I just need someone that is watching the ads and really focusing on two things for me
1. Getting more leads
2. Getting more downloads
