Zapier Lead Form Update Automation zapier

I recently added and rearranged fields on my lead-capture form, and my existing Zapier workflows are no longer pulling the new data through. I need the current Zaps reviewed, adjusted, and fully tested so that every submission—old and new—lands in the right place without errors or omissions.
You’ll have shared access to my Zapier dashboard, the updated form, and the destination apps. Once you’ve finished, I want to see the edited Zaps running live with sample records, plus a brief change log outlining what you modified. If additional steps such as creating a new Zap or retiring an obsolete one make more sense than just tweaking, feel free to suggest it before implementing.
Deliverables
• Updated (or newly built) Zaps that capture all form fields
• Successful end-to-end test proving data arrives in the target app(s)
• Short change log for future reference
