Want someone to increase facebook customer feedback score

I am looking for someone to improve the Facebook Feedback Score of my E-Commerce Business. The current score is <3, and I want to improve it to <4. I will ask you how you plan to improve the score, and how quickly it can be done. I do not want any hacks that would be considered a violation of the Facebook terms of service.
