Want to make a Instagram and Facebookpage for smm business

I'm looking for someone to help me create an Instagram and Facebook page for my SMM business. My main goal for these pages is to generate leads and sales for my business also need traffic on my website or page. I don't have any existing content to use, so someone who can help create content is needed. I would like the content to be posted once a week on both social media platforms.
