Virtual assistant needed for marketting

We need help to promote our wellness center, retreats and online program online.
we are looking for someone fluent in english, dynamic, smart and creative to :
1. reach local market through facebook, next door, and instagram
2. Create posts using canva.
3. create blog on wordpress
4. send newsletter and other announcements via mailchimp.
5. Help us create and promote more online programs
2hrs per day or 10hrs per week is what I would like to start with. Hours can increase if necessary
