Virtual Assistant for TikTok ads and Shopify Sales

Hello,
I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant to help manage our new brand. We've been doing e-commerce for many years so this new brand is exciting for us.
We are working to generate sales through TikTok ads and using Shopify. Facebook ad experience is helpful. This is high performance dropshipping. Basically we need someone to work on our store, listing and testing new products, optimizing ads, etc. Also, building our brand is important so regular tweaks to our store to create trust with our customers.
The work hours are MST 9am-3pm with most of the work from 11am-3pm. Hours would vary on your value and experience.
A lot of testing and using analytics for generating excellent sales is important. The goal is to create a top 10 product portfolio that is generating revenue of $10-30k / mo revenue each.
The right candidate needs to be excited, motivated, great can do attitude and not have problems showing up to work and working hard. Great work etic is so important.
You will be working directly with me and my assistant who's been with me about 4 years.
