Create and Connect ClickFunnels, landing pages
Performing analytics of all web and social media marketing campaigns
Gohighlevel CRM migration and management
Edit videos and send to Rev.com for captions.
Build out our KMC website on Gohighlevel Platform.
Work in conjunction with Front End VA to feed them the content for our video marketing, scripts, KMC Guidelines.
Ensure overall KMC marketing strategies are working effectively.

For Fulltime candidate they must also have some experience in the following in addition to the above:
Daily Social Media posting
Experience with graphics in Canva
Literate in Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn
Plan a social media campaign every week for Charles and David.
Work in conjunction with our marketing plan and see that our video content is ready to publish.
Coordinate with editors to make sure that our videos are on schedule.
Remind the team of videos that are due. Content that we owe toward our weekly/monthly marketing plan schedule/calendar.
Navigate and help manage our KMC CRM. Help plan ongoing KMC marketing strategy and thank you and closing gifts. Monitor birthdays, home anniversary dates to send greetings out to clients.
Googe Drive, Sheets, Docs
Work in Asana. Copy VA on all Transaction Coordinator correspondence so she can monitor the status of a transaction so she can send necessary milestone emails and texts. Help
track workflow and important dates.
Nurture leads, set follow up milestones until they consummate.
