Twitter engagement farm within specific parameters - crypto experience helpful

I'm seeking someone with access to hundreds of Twitter/X accounts, to post about a specific cryptocurrency using a thread I made as a background, plus the token's website. The focus is to identify 100 top Twitter crypto influencer accounts (>10k followers) who typically have comments from others promoting other coins' cashtags (like $ETH).
You must compile this list first, then use the resources I put together for you to tweet.
After you've submitted the 100 top influencers, I will choose 50 and you will comment at least 10 times with my recommended messaging, ACROSS DIFFERENT TWITTER ACCOUNTS, on at least 3 of each of their tweets. That means you'll be tweeting 450 times.
