I am seeking an excellent communicator to help find the right candidates for my organization. More than just a simple interrogation, this person must have the capacity to converse effectively engaging with potential talents through Twitter. The goal is to assess potential candidates' suitabilities for my firm; perception and intuition are as important as each answer's content, so experience in HR or similar roles would be a valuable asset.
