Troubleshoot to set up Meta Verification badge

I need a seasoned social media expert to help set up our meta verification badge for both Instagram and Meta.

Currently our instagram page is not eligible for a verification badge. I don’t know why and require help to resolve this.

I do not want to pay a subscription fee to have this badge visible on our profile.
