Tech-Savvy Marketing Assistant Needed

I am in search of a proactive and tech-savvy local marketing assistant located in Montgomery County, Maryland. The primary responsibilities will involve managing our social media presence and orchestrating email marketing campaigns, taking care of CRM. I am real estate agent licensed in DC, MD and VA. You need to be local, we may need to meet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Primarily focused on Facebook and Instagram. Your role will involve creating engaging content, responding to comments, and growing our follower base.
- Email Marketing: You will assist in crafting and disseminating our email campaigns to reach potential clients and keep our current customers informed and engaged.
Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in social media management and email marketing is highly desirable.
- A strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram is crucial.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creativity and a proactive attitude will set you apart.
Please note, we currently do not have a CRM system in place. Part of your role will be to help identify and implement an appropriate system to manage our customer relationships more effectively. Experience with CRM software is a plus, but not a requirement.
