Targeted Facebook Ads for Home Sellers
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I'm looking for an experienced Facebook Ads Specialist who can help me refine and optimise my current ad campaign as well as do another ones. The main goal is to generate leads from home owners who are selling or considering selling their property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and implement a strategy primarily home sellers.
- Tailor ad copy and creative to be compelling to this specific audience.
- Continuously monitor and track performance, making necessary adjustments.
- Improve the overall conversion rate of the campaign.
The ideal candidate for this project should have:
- Must have experience in real estate or real estate ads (REQUIRED)
- Proven experience in creating high-performing Facebook ads that generate leads.
- Understanding of the real estate market and the motivations of home sellers.
- Ability to analyze data and draw insights to improve ad performance.
- Strong communication skills to ensure the alignment of ad content with the target audience.
- Advertising will be done in Portuguese so if you know Portuguese that's a plus but not a problem at all I can translate everything
